Through deep self-reflection, peer dialogue, and personality assessments like the hashtag#MBTI, directors explored how:
👉Strengths can quietly turn into blind spots under stress
👉Decision-making speed can outpace alignment and trust
👉Unexamined assumptions shape culture far more than stated values
Self-awareness isn’t a “soft” capability.
It’s a strategic multiplier shaping hashtag#judgment, risk-taking, hashtag#inclusion, and ultimately hashtag#performance.
