What an extraordinary full-day session we had with the emerging leaders of one of the top real estate companies in the UAE!
This wasn’t just another leadership workshop.
It was a creative, high-energy experience packed with deep learning and real-world application.
We started with a powerful question…
What roles do great leaders actually play?
Through Lego-based storytelling, participants brought these roles to life; from coach to strategist, influencer to connector, with stunning creativity and insight.
We then zoomed into communication, a cornerstone of leading others.
Using Aristotle’s rhetorical triangle, ethos, pathos, and logos, teams crafted powerful ad campaigns that made us laugh, reflect, and learn.
The brilliance of persuasive communication was right there on display.
We also explored what it means to communicate assertively; not passively, not aggressively, and certainly not passive-aggressively…but with clarity, confidence, and care.
These moments of role-play and practice sparked real breakthroughs.
Then came the tough stuff: conflictresolution.
We examined our default styles, and learned how to separate the person from the problem, focus on interests over positions, and generate creative options to reach win-win solutions.
Harvard case studies gave us a sharp edge, while group discussions grounded the theory in practical reality.
And of course, we tackled influencing, not just for compliance, but for commitment.
Because…
Real leadership is about inspiring belief, not just action.
This session is one key milestone in their longer leadership development journey, with group coaching and more growth-oriented sessions to follow.
Fun.
Focused.
Deeplyinsightful.
That’s how learning should be…and that’s exactly what we experienced.

Looking back at my session on the Sales Accelerator Program, SAP at AlSiraj
Some training sessions leave a lasting impression. both for the participants and the facilitator.
Looking back at my session on the Sales Accelerator Program, SAP at AlSiraj, I am reminded of the insightful discussions, the energy in the room, and the thoughtful handwritten feedback I received.
It is always rewarding to see how learning experiences resonate long after the session ends. The words shared by participants reinforced the importance of practical, engaging, and actionable learning; something I strive for in every session.
Grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who made it a success!
Have you ever looked back at a past learning experience that still inspires you today?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
I had the incredible opportunity to co-lead the Resilient Leader program for the dynamic team at Kreston Menon, alongside Dia Mitra, PCC.
Designed by EcubeTrainingandConsulting, this immersive experience focused on unlocking leadership potential through executive coaching, MBTI analysis, and TheLeadershipChallenge framework.
We kicked off with inspiring opening remarks from Saju Augustine, Senior Partner – Kreston Menon & Regional Director (Middle East) – Kreston Global Audit Group, and Shibu Abraham, Director – HR & Administration, Kreston Menon & Chair of the Leadership Team, HR & People Network – Kreston Global.
Their vision set the tone for a transformative journey.
The energy in the room was phenomenal!
From deep discussions to self-reflection and action-driven strategies, participants embraced the challenge to lead with resilience, inspire their teams, and drive business success. It’s been great to see how they are applying these insights in their roles since the program.
Excited for what’s ahead and looking forward to more such impactful sessions! 🚀
The sales battlefield is tougher than ever.
But sometimes, what you need is not more effort; it is sharper tools.
.
Imagine this…
You are in a market where competition is fierce, customers are demanding more, and despite working harder than ever, the results just don’t reflect the effort.
It feels like pushing a boulder uphill, only to see it roll back down.
This is the reality for many businesses today, and the team at SOUQ ALSIRAJ recognized it.
That is where the SalesAcceleratorProgram Workshop came in.
It was not about working harder; it was about working smarter.
It was about sharpening the saw.
Over the course of the session, we focused on:
🧠 Identifying hidden potential within the team and the market.
💡 Uncovering strategies that were untapped or underutilized.
⚙️ Shifting the mindset from struggle to strategy; because sales isn’t just about effort; it is about precision.
The transformation was incredible.
By the end of the workshop, the room was not just filled with professionals, it was filled with leaders ready to take on #2024 and step into #2025 with a renewed sense of confidence and purpose.
We realized together:
The market will always be tough. The competition will always grow. But those who thrive are the ones who step back, sharpen their skills, and wield their tools with precision.
As we move into 2025, let’s commit to not just working hard, but working smart.
Let’s rule the market, not just survive it.
