This is not just another leadership course.

Participants begin with TheAnchor and TheCompass, two powerful tools that help them understand what grounds them and what guides them.
As the months unfold, through one-on-one coaching and deep reflection, something remarkable happens…

“What’s the question I must ask myself right now to be a better leader?”

I had the incredible opportunity to co-lead the Resilient Leader program for the dynamic team at Kreston Menon, alongside Dia Mitra, PCC.
Designed by EcubeTrainingandConsulting, this immersive experience focused on unlocking leadership potential through executive coaching, MBTI analysis, and TheLeadershipChallenge framework.
We kicked off with inspiring opening remarks from Saju Augustine, Senior Partner – Kreston Menon & Regional Director (Middle East) – Kreston Global Audit Group, and Shibu Abraham, Director – HR & Administration, Kreston Menon & Chair of the Leadership Team, HR & People Network – Kreston Global.
Their vision set the tone for a transformative journey.
