At Ecube Training and Consulting, we are privileged to partner with Supertech Group — a 53-year-old powerhouse in the Oil & Gas sector, known for its engineering excellence and trusted presence across the Gulf. A company that has already achieved so much, yet is hungry to do even better.
To help them leap forward, we launched SuperLead, a six-month leadership transformation journey designed to strengthen their leadership pipeline and embed a culture of growth, trust, and learning across the organisation.
How We Began
We kick-started with Supertech’s top leadership team, exploring bold new ways of thinking strategically, leading with trust, and creating psychological safety. Leaders committed to how they would show up differently, captured proudly on a Leadership Wall of Commitments.
From there, we cascaded the journey further, completing full-day sessions with 30 Middle Managers and another with 30 Sales Leaders who flew in from across the Gulf. These early sessions have already sparked new energy, alignment, and curiosity across the organisation.
